Martin Wygodny as Broker of Record and President of City Commercial Realty Group Ltd. is actively involved in the day-to-day functional operation of the company. Martin works with our clients and associates to ensure compliance with regulations and to see that our client’s needs are met. Martin is also involved along with Sam Wygodny in the expansion of the company's services to serve a broad range of real estate needs.
Martin has been in commercial real estate since 1981. He initially started his career in the industrial and land sales and assembly segment of the industry. Prior to that, he was involved in industrial, commercial and residential construction. He has a thorough understanding of construction related issues as a result of a direct involvement in this area for over 35 years. He has been co-owner and operator with Sam Wygodny of a retail chain and various hospitality related businesses. This background has provided him a good understanding of building design and retail merchandising and marketing.
Martin's real estate experience includes commercial, industrial and high-rise residential investment properties as well as institutional projects. He has negotiated the sale of lands for immediate and future development. He completed deals involving Build to Suit leasing transactions for commercial and industrial properties to a broad base of varied user/buyers including such national companies as the former St. Clair Paint & Paper, Nike, and E.B. Eddy Forrest Products. He is also an accredited Arbitrator, registered with the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario and Canada. He volunteers as Arbitrator for the Toronto Real Estate Board.
Martin works with our clients who are landlords and tenants, vendors and purchasers to maximize the value of their properties and business to the benefit of all parties.
